A.L.A Collection – Return & Exchange Policy

At A.L.A Collection, we take pride in offering carefully curated South Asian clothing. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and fairness to all customers.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as A.L.A Collection is not responsible for lost return packages.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used garments

  • Items without original tags

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
